Plug Adjusting Screw Torque Values

The torque values listed in the following table are based on the

torque used during assembly of Dynamic Balance Plug Valves at

the factory. Estimations of accurate torque values for the countless

varieties of ﬁeld site conditions, valve conditions, and sealant used

are not feasible. Judgment and experience must be exercised when

using this information for speciﬁc valves at your site.
